Ingredients
- 500g ground beef or lamb
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 chopped onion
- 3–4 green chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- Spices: turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala
- 1/4 cup oil
- Chopped coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat; sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in tomatoes and cook until oil separates from the mixture.
- Add ground meat; cook until browned.
