Ingredients

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg (beaten)

- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions

- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and brown each patty for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.

- Nestle the browned patties into the gravy, cover tightly with a lid or foil, and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes to thicken.
