  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with buttermilk and fold in mashed bananas.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
