Description

  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and season with olive oil and spices.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes or air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Whisk together all bang bang sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Toss cooked salmon bites in the sauce before serving.
