  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
