- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp brown sugar

- Preheat your Traeger grill to Smoke mode for 4-5 minutes.
- Set the grill to 225°F and preheat with the lid closed for 10 minutes.
- Mix spices in a bowl and generously season the brisket.
- Place the brisket fat side down on the grill grate and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (3-4 hours).
- Prepare the baste by mixing beer, apple cider vinegar, beef stock, and melted butter.
- Wrap the brisket in aluminum foil with some baste once it hits 160°F.
- Return it to the grill and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 204°F (another 3-4 hours).
