  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • Corn tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Cotija cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the taco sauce by blending lime juice, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic salt, chipotle pepper, and chopped cilantro until smooth. Refrigerate.
  2. Mix the blackening seasoning: garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
