  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 pound large shrimp (raw, deveined)
  • 1 pound top sirloin steak (cut into cubes)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Blackened seasoning
  • Kosher salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook seasoned shrimp in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sear cubed steak for about 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove from heat.
  4. Prepare alfredo sauce by melting butter, adding diced onion and garlic until translucent, then stirring in cream and cheese until smooth.
  5. Combine cooked pasta, shrimp, and steak with the sauce; mix well.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
