  • 6 mini sweet bell peppers (chopped)
  • ½ medium onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup chicken stock

  • ½ cup bourbon
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • â…“ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 tbsps ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sriracha

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cornstarch into sliced chicken breasts and let marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in another bowl and set aside.
  3. Preheat your griddle to low heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add oil to the griddle, then place marinated chicken strips with space between them.
  5. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add chopped bell peppers and onions; sauté for about 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  7. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stir well, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
