  • 3 large eggs

  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate (for ganache)
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fleur de sel (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Melt semisweet chocolate and butter together in a double boiler until smooth.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Combine melted chocolate mixture with sugars and eggs; mix in vanilla.
  6. Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
  9. For ganache, heat cream until simmering, pour over chopped chocolate, stir until smooth.
  10. Dip brownie squares into ganache; sprinkle with fleur de sel.
