Instructions

  2. Combine melted butter and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix in the egg and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt; then gradually add to the wet mixture. Fold in shredded carrots.
