  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cheddar soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (plus included seasoning packet)
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned; drain grease.
  3. Stir in cheddar soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and 1 cup cheddar cheese until combined and melted.
  4. Pour beef mixture into the baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Combine biscuit mix, shredded cheese, and milk in a bowl; pour over beef mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered for 50-55 minutes until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
