- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices cooked bacon
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until done.
- Shred the cooked chicken and mix it with ranch dressing in a bowl.
- Slice slider buns in half and layer the bottom halves in a baking dish. Add shredded chicken mixture on top followed by bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Place top bun halves on sliders and cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
