  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup diced carrots
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
