  • 1 ½ lb chicken breast
  • 12 oz gluten-free farfalle pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 12 oz shredded Parmesan cheese

  • garlic powder
  • thyme
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the gluten-free farfalle pasta in a large pot until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Season the chicken breasts on both sides.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; sear the chicken for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Cover and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest while adding butter to the same pan. Melt butter and stir in shallots and Italian seasoning.
  5. Mix in gluten-free flour, then slowly add chicken broth and heavy cream while whisking until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and slice the rested chicken to fold into the mixture.
