- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp dry shallots
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 12 oz shredded parmesan
- 1/4 cup pasta water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

- Season chicken breasts with a mix of paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the seasoned chicken in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Cook covered on low heat until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce in the same skillet by melting butter and adding shallots and seasonings.
- Whisk in heavy cream and shredded Parmesan until smooth.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and sliced chicken before serving.
