  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, spices, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and coat well; marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
  2. Preheat a non-stick pan or grill over medium-high heat and lightly oil.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic sauce ingredients until smooth.
