- 1 box of brownie mix (plus ingredients as directed)
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 lb fresh strawberries (washed and hulled)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix instructions and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with eggs, oil, and water as per package directions. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake according to package instructions (approximately 40 minutes) until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely in the pan.
- For the chocolate topping, melt heavy cream and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
- Cut cooled brownies into squares, dip each strawberry into the chocolate mixture, and place on top of each brownie square. Allow to set before serving.
