  • 1/4 cup Dulce de Leche (storebought or homemade)
  • 2 oz dark chocolate (finely chopped)
  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, buttermilk, hot water, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
