  • 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, egg, and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
  4. Roll out one can of dough on floured waxed paper; press seams to form a sheet and place in the baking pan over half the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, then roll out the second can of dough and place it on top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top layer.
