  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 oz softened vegan cream cheese (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients; fold in rolled oats.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Layer half of the batter into the pan, drizzle with half of the swirl mixture; repeat layers.
  7. Create swirls using a knife or skewer and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool before glazing with a mixture of powdered sugar, melted vegan butter, and softened cream cheese.
