Instructions
- Peel hard-boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl; arrange egg whites on a serving platter.
- Mash yolks until fine, then mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning as desired. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg white halves.
