Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 8 ounces ground pork sausage
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 package (12-count) King's Hawaiian Rolls
- Cowboy butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Split the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in the prepared dish.
- Pour melted cowboy butter over the roll bottoms.
- Layer with scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on and brush with more melted cowboy butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
