Ingredients

- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 2 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
