  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12-count package of Hawaiian rolls
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chopped bacon, and shredded cheese.
  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture over the bottom halves. Top with more cheese if desired and place the top halves back on.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic powder or ranch powder and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into individual sliders.
