  • 23 Celery Stalks (chopped)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Green Peas (thawed)
  • 6.7 ounces Tuna in Olive Oil (drained and flaked)
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat penne according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
