- 2–3 Celery Stalks (chopped)
- 1 Cup Frozen Green Peas (thawed)
- 6.7 ounces Tuna in Olive Oil (drained and flaked)
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat penne according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
- In a blender, combine avocado, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, mustard, garlic cloves, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
