  • 68 cups chicken broth
  • 6 oz pasta (small shells recommended)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/21 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/23 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in onions, carrots, celery, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic; cook until vegetables are translucent.
