  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until steak is tender.
  5. About 15 minutes before serving, add shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
