Instructions
- Cut off the stems and slice strawberries in half lengthwise. Hollow out each half using a small melon baller.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
- Fill a piping bag with the filling and pipe it into each strawberry half.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs.
