Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups quick oats
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter (salted)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 1 cup Easter pastel m&m's
  • Easter sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and pecans until crumbly.
  3. Set aside 1½ cups of the mixture for topping. Press the rest into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt together condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling onto the crust. Sprinkle reserved crumble mixture on top and add m&m's and sprinkles.
  6. Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges pull away from the pan. Cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
