- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil

- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add chopped onion and cook for about 5 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet; break it up as it cooks and brown for about 5 minutes.
- Incorporate sliced cabbage and shredded carrots into the skillet along with the sauce; cook while stirring until cabbage wilts and sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).
