Ingredients

Instructions

  4. Cook until reaching Hard Crack stage (300-310°F) as indicated by a candy thermometer.
  5. Dip each apple quickly into the sugar mixture to coat evenly.
  6. Place coated apples on the prepared baking sheet to cool completely.
