Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 pounds Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups heavy/whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  2. Grate the cheeses and slice the potatoes using a mandoline.
