  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • Garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook linguini according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, chicken broth, parsley, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked linguini. Add half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses; mix well.
  5. Butter the bottom and sides of a casserole dish and spread the pasta mixture evenly.
  6. Top with remaining cheeses and garnish with extra dried parsley.
