  • ½ cup whipping cream or ⅓ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons cream or milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. Mix ⅔ cup granulated sugar with ¼ cup ground cinnamon for the filling.
  3. Cream ¾ cup unsalted butter with 1 ½ cups sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Combine flour and baking powder in another bowl; alternate adding this mixture with whipping cream and milk to the wet mix.
  5. Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar mixture, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the filling.
  6. Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack; drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar, cream (or milk), and vanilla.
