Ingredients
- 2 cups dry red lentils
- 1 medium white onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ tablespoon chickpea flour
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

- ⅓ cup tahini
- Lemon juice
- Minced garlic for the dip

Instructions
- Rinse and soak the lentils overnight.
