- 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 2 slices deli ham
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat together the eggs, kosher salt, and white pepper until well mixed.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread with the remaining butter.
