  • 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8-inch x 8-inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 1/3 cup chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl; let cool.
  3. In one bowl, whisk together oat flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, almond milk, and cooled chocolate mixture until smooth.
  5. Combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients; stir gently until just combined.
