  • 12 oz package of King’s Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
  • 16 oz thinly sliced deli ham
  • 78 oz sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, optional
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a baking dish (9×9 or 9×13) with cooking spray or grease it with butter.
  3. Slice the entire loaf of Hawaiian rolls in half.
  4. Place the bottom half in the baking dish and toast in the oven for about 3–5 minutes.
  5. Spread mayonnaise (if using) over the toasted buns.
  6. Layer deli ham and Swiss cheese on top, then place the top half of the rolls back on.
  7. Melt butter and mix in Dijon mustard, brown sugar, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper; pour evenly over the top of the sliders.
  8. Bake covered with foil for another 10 minutes; uncover and bake until golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
