Ingredients
- 12 oz package of King’s Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
- 16 oz thinly sliced deli ham
- 7–8 oz sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, optional
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher salt
- fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a baking dish (9×9 or 9×13) with cooking spray or grease it with butter.
- Slice the entire loaf of Hawaiian rolls in half.
- Place the bottom half in the baking dish and toast in the oven for about 3–5 minutes.
- Spread mayonnaise (if using) over the toasted buns.
- Layer deli ham and Swiss cheese on top, then place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Melt butter and mix in Dijon mustard, brown sugar, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper; pour evenly over the top of the sliders.
- Bake covered with foil for another 10 minutes; uncover and bake until golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
