  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (diced)
  • 3 large eggs (beaten)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • Soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce
  • Vegetable oil, sesame oil
  • Green onions and cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions; spread on a baking sheet to cool.
  2. In a pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon oil and scramble the beaten eggs until set; set aside.
