Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with olive oil until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in the baking dish, layer with sliced potatoes, and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  5. Top with cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Pour beef broth around the edges and drizzle milk if desired.
