  • 4 packets (3/4 cup) hot cocoa mix (not sugar-free)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Mallow Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, hot cocoa mix, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the butter mixture until well blended.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and Mallow Bits until evenly distributed. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Drop tablespoons of dough onto lined baking sheets, keeping them spaced apart. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Let cool on sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
