  • 1 cup chickpea flour

  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil (for frying)

Instructions

  3. Gently fold the sliced onions into the batter until fully coated.
  4. Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Drop small portions of the battered onion mixture into the hot oil, frying about four fritters at a time for 2–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
