- 1 (15-ounce can) Tomato Sauce (or tomato puree)
- 1/3 cup Tomato Paste
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1–2 cups Water (to adjust consistency)
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta (uncooked)
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (shaved or grated)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until translucent.
- Brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks; drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste until well combined.
