Maltesers Rocky Road is an indulgent no-bake dessert that combines creamy chocolate, crunchy biscuits, chewy marshmallows, and the iconic Maltesers. - 250 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g Milk chocolate
- 200 g Butter or baking spread
- 150 g Golden syrup
- 100 g Malted milk or digestive biscuits
- 75 g Mini marshmallows
- 200 g Maltesers
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with baking paper, greased lightly with butter.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate together. Once melted, allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, mini marshmallows, and Maltesers.
- Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined tin and smooth it out. Pour remaining chocolate on top and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Decorate with extra Maltesers on top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight until firm.
- Slice into squares before serving.
