  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow crème

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and egg yolk on high speed until pale. Mix in melted butter and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and dollop melted marshmallow crème on top; lightly swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly wet but not covered in batter.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
