  • 1/2 lb bow tie pasta
  • 1 lb mild pork sausage
  • 1 lb cooked ham, cubed
  • 2 (26 oz) jars spaghetti sauce
  • 3 (8 oz) bags shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage with diced onion, minced garlic, and oregano until the sausage is cooked through.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of the pasta followed by sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and the meat mixture. Repeat layers twice more.
  5. Top with remaining pasta, sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
