  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (or low-sodium tamari)
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 garlic clove, grated or minced
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
  • ⅓ cup neutral oil (such as avocado or grapeseed oil)
  • 4 large flour (burrito-size) tortillas or whole-wheat wraps
  • 2 romaine hearts, chopped (about 8 cups)
  • 1 cup croutons, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally and season with Parmesan cheese and spices.
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes until done.
  3. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl, whisking in oil until smooth.
  4. Combine chopped romaine, cooked chicken pieces, croutons, and dressing in a bowl.
  5. Assemble wraps by layering salad mixture in warmed tortillas and rolling tightly.
