Description

  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces halved pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over each triangle. Add halved pepperoni and mozzarella at the wide end.
  5. Roll tightly from the wide end to the tip and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush remaining butter mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
