- 1 package croissant dough
- 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 ounces halved pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Garlic powder
- Dried oregano
- Dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
- Brush the butter mixture over each triangle. Add halved pepperoni and mozzarella at the wide end.
- Roll tightly from the wide end to the tip and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush remaining butter mixture on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
