Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs

- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling
Instructions

- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix until blended.
- In clear cups or jars, layer about 2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture at the bottom. Follow with approximately 3 tablespoons of cheesecake filling.
- Add half of the cherry pie filling on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Repeat with another layer of crumb mixture followed by remaining cheesecake filling.
- Top with remaining cherry pie filling and chill for at least an hour before serving.
