  • 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 7 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; mix well and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix until blended.
  3. In clear cups or jars, layer about 2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture at the bottom. Follow with approximately 3 tablespoons of cheesecake filling.
  4. Add half of the cherry pie filling on top of the cheesecake layer.
  5. Repeat with another layer of crumb mixture followed by remaining cheesecake filling.
  6. Top with remaining cherry pie filling and chill for at least an hour before serving.
